RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return a product if you receive an item that is damaged / defective or incorrectly supplied. You can also exchange a size if incorrectly ordered. To do so you must inform us by email within 7 calendar days from the day after receipt of your order to us by email – info@cottonandcompany.co.za 

Please note the cost of returning / exchanging product/s is for your own account. We take no responsibility for any item lost in transit.

You are welcome to return the item/s to any of our 2 outlets provided you are able to return within 14 calendar days from date of purchase. Please take your proof of purchase with you.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will make all reasonable efforts to exchange the returned product/s and if we are not able to do so, we will arrange a refund/credit to the value of the purchase. Refunds will be done within 14 days on receipt of return/s.

Any returns / exchanges must be unused / unworn, and you will be required to retain and present your slip for such exchanges, credits. Original swing tag labels must be in place and intact for all exchanges. Garment and / or item/s must be in perfect condition. Refunds, exchanges or credits, without the original purchase slip, will be declined. This is non-negotiable - proof of purchase must be provided in the form of your original sales receipt or invoice & proof of payment.

*Please note SALE items MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

No exchanges will be made on worn, damaged items.
